[CQ-Contest] CW Speed and Accuracy - Radical Idea

Subject: [CQ-Contest] CW Speed and Accuracy - Radical Idea

With all the ferver over CW speed, cut numbers, and accuracy, I had a
radical idea.

Probably the most analyzed contest for accuracy is the Internet sprINT.
Why not run a sprint where the top speed permitted is no higher than
about 20-22 wpm, cut numbers aren't allowed and see what happens to a)
overall scores and b) accuracy of submissions.

Just an idea.
