Hi Paul:  We need to remember that a lot of cw nets and digital operations
use the frequencies on 80 that you refer to.  I have no objection to moving
contesting frequencies up there (the MD QSO Party already has), but we need
to be conscious of the QRM to existing users of those frequencies.  73,
