1800-0100z. Exchange RS(T) and state/province/country (county if you're in
TN). Recommended frequencies are 1815 and 40KHz up on CW;
1855/3900/7240/14280/21390/28390 SSB; and 146.55FM. 1 point/QSO on phone; 2
on CW; counties (plus states, provinces, territories, and DXCC countries if
you're in TN) are multipliers.
