Not only in Eastern Europe !. I'm still waiting and waiting for my 40m
plaque (and/or certificate) for the 1995 WPX CW !. We got, last week on
the reflector, some news from K3EST about CQWW certificates but
absolutely NOTHING for the CQWPX !. It that always the same CQ
Communications ???...
