The following message re: SS spots on Packet Clusters was posted
to the DX reflector.

The relevant question for Contesters is "Did you use packet spots to
find and work multipliers?"

If yes, then the rules (p.116 Oct 97 QST) require that you submit your
entry as MULTI-OPERATOR.  There is NO Single Operator Assisted 
category in SS.  ANY assistance, "including packet clusters", puts one
in the multi-operator category.
