Was anyone outside of Headquarters aware that significent changes to
many contests were going to be printed without fanfare in the December
QST starting on page 100?
Did the Contest Advisory Committee have any involvement with these rule
changes before they were printed?
Were any ARRL Directors aware that this was happening?
Why were the new rules not discussed here on the Contest Reflector?
What is the logic or basis for each of the rule changes?
Is there to be a full discussion of the changes as they apply to each
contest, along with examples, or will entrants have to wait for
disqualifications and score reductions to determine how each contest is
affected?
Anyone else have questions?
