Henry,
There is a problem with the server but we expect to be up and running again
very soon.  Sorry for the inconvenience.  The NCJ site will going through so
significant improvements over the next couple months as Bob, K2UT, and I work
on some great ideas...and find time to implement them.  We hope all users find
the changes useful.
