Hello all,
Since Bill W4AN and Al NH7A sent theirs out, here is another ubn report
to go over. I personally think it is very helpful. I have no problem letting
anyone see my results, ever. It is a new tool to be used. Even though the
one B-call that was taken from my log is a valid call. I will, of course,
send a qsl for that one. These reports will help me get my error rate
down.:) Hans, I have never heard an Italian station send 400w for his power.
That would be illegal in Italy since they can "only" run 300w. And I don't
see how I can tell if I worked BY6A at noon! There are no utc's in this
report. I also agree there should be a lot of discussion on this issue. I am
sure there are some equities/inequities that have not been mentioned yet.
Personally I feel anyone in the Top 10 should have their ubn files made public.
73,
Joe - WL7E
