[CQ-Contest] Need Licensing Info on SV

Does anybody here have any reliable, recent information on licensing in
Greece?  The stuff on the ARRL page is both ancient and essentially useless.
I'm thinking very seriously at taking off to do the IARU contest from Crete,
SV9, but don't want to start nailing down plane tickets unless I can be sure
of licensing.  Any good info would be very much appreciated.
