[CQ-Contest] IARU HQ STNS

Hi all,

I remember that there was a person last year who started to compile
a list of HQ stations and their abbreviations after the contest.

Does anyone out there have this list who could post it for the 
masses before the contest.  I am sure it would be very useful to most of us!

Hope to work a bunch of you guys/gals in the contest!
