At RK9CWW we are trying to apply scientific approach. QTCs are given at
a time when the rate is at its lowest. It usually happens on Sunday
morning when low bands are gone and upper bands are in a poor shape yet.
But that is flexible. Another thing is to give QTC to someone who you
know can get it quickly and reliably. That is the reason QTC are not
given on the first day. The rate is too good to slow it down with QTC.

I can recommend what I do with the W9 bureau, with the caveat that you n eed
to ensure that your particular bureau and letter manager within the bureau
will work with you. The folks at the NIDXA do one heck of a job for me!
I have them put the cards in a box, and ship it every 3 or 4 months or so,
via UPS or US mail. That way, I don't get a ton of envelopes monthly, and
gives me enough QSL cards to chew on when they arrive. It's a lot cheaper
than the envelope credit process, and more efficient to receive them in
bulk.
Again, I encourage you to contact your bureau if you have large incoming
card pileups! I suspect they'll work with you!
