I have a couple of open slots for speakers for the Contest Forum at the
Dayton Hamvention, May 15, 1999. Some great invited papers will be announced
shortly.
Topics of interest at the high end of contesting are welcome, including
operating techniques, station design, specific noteworthy contest
operations, etc. Speakers will be expected to prepare and present a 30-
minute talk, preferably with A/V accompaniments. Handouts are wleome but not
required.
