Tardis is an excellent program if your computer occasionally accesses the
internet.  It updates the clock and also tracks clock performance, making
updates less often as it becomes better able to predict the aging/slip
rates.

Does anyone know of a WIndows program that does the same
thing? I know there are programs that will call NIST or NBS via
modem. That's NOT what I'm looking for...
