[CQ-Contest] Heil Proset Speaker Replacement

I just received replacement speakers for my Heil Proset, and am seeking 
advice on how to remove the existing speakers without doing damage to 
the plastic cup that the speaker seems to be glued into.

Called Heil, but there was nobody in today who could provide me any 
advice on this procedure.
