[CQ-Contest] antenna directivity

Hi Gang,

Got a friend with a Create 318-Jr (trapped 3-el tribander resembling the 
Cushcraft A4) exhibiting reverse directivity.  Assembly instructions were 
followed to the letter and a re-check of the antenna after the problem cropped 
up was done but all the elements and the traps were okay.  Any ideas?
