It seems that every year some bone-head does something in or around "the
window" to stir up the troops. This year that would be me. I spent the
majority of the second night in the dx window just below 1835. In checking
things out tonight I discovered that I was not above 1835 as I thought
during the contest.
How I ended up in the window and why I didn't realize I was, are two
different stories I needn't go into.
I hope you will accept my apology and vow that it won't happen again.
