[CQ-Contest] Utah QSO Party - Alive or Dead?

Anybody know if the Utah QSO Party is going to run in February?  All =
links and emails I have for it are kaput.  If it's going to run, I need =
to know ASAP so as to put the rules in the Feb QST Contest Corral.
