It's not wrong info. It just groups sparsely popluated areas together.
Yes, there are some sections that didn't make sense in their creation
(ex., NNY).
Seems like this is an example of the tail trying to wag the dog. ARRL
sections were created for a purpose, and subsequently used as mults in
SS. Is the purpose of ARRL sections now to create mults in SS?
