A few years ago I wrote up a detailed argument that an individual entry
should be allowed to count for one of EACH of the following:
1. Individual entry class, i.e. SOABHP, SO20LP, SOUNL, etc.
2. Local club
3. Regional association
4. Ad hoc team
Of course, the clubs and team could be related or unrelated. This would
not only legalize intra-club gerrymandering but also encourage
competition at all levels.
