[CQ-Contest] Need help for SixPak mod for BCD-10

Dear Fellow contesters

I've been doing some work for SO2R setup recently.
I have 2 BCD-10(by W9XT), 1 ICE419 BPF, 1 SixPak and 
DuneStar600 BPF.
BCD-10's output is SINK drive but SixPak and ICE419 
are Source Drive type. Does anyone know the modification 
from Source Drive to Sink Drive for SixPak and ICE419?
If there are no suitable(easy) modificatin, I'll add 
Source drive ICs after BCD-10.
