[CQ-Contest] LOTWow Revisited

I've been told , in my life, to be careful what you wish for. HC8N uploaded his 
logs and LOTW has imploded upon itself. The announced intent for the LOTW beta 
test was to see if it would break and it broke. Hopefully there will be some 
sort-of official announcement forthcoming.
