Guys, you started to talk like only kids are using cluster and new
technologies.
I still dont have a need to change into WriteLog and enjoy working the good
old CT. One of my favorite types of contests are Sprints (where there's
apsolutly no need for cluster and despite the fact that there's no low power
category I work it knowing I wont win - it doesnt matter!). Also those that
worked EU Sprint could notice high increase of the young ops working that
contest meaning it's not just about point and click over the cluster within
youngsters. I believe that youngsters enjoy Sprints in USA too. So fact
about cluster and kids is apsolutly un-reliable.

I like cluster for the reason that I like it to be more dynamic, I like to
chat with friends that shows up there. It gets a bit boring working 36 hrs
WAE low power (700+ QSOs max). It would be totally wrong for me to chase
mults with what cluster shows. With 100W I can only stuck in pile up working
nothing, so it ends up I must find it myself before someone spots the
station/mult otherwise I wont get it. So in WAE I'd say cluster is only a
problem for me (it produces big pile ups I cant break), but again I dont
mind it, kills the boring time at moments - this is just my opinion so
nobody needs to make general conclusions about kids on this one.

I think Chuck needs to get back on the radiowaves or at least check some
recent WRTC/CQWW scores and compare to memberlist of WWYC to speak about who
would won who.

I know I sure wouldnt like to change for all your great years and amount of
knowledge, but I'm sure many of you would like to change with YMs.

On the end, thank you for introducing "YM" to the world and thanks to
WWYCers that joined the debate.
