[CQ-Contest] WRTC-Style Team Registration Deadline - Correction

I mistakenly said, "Remember - Friday, July 12th at 1200Z is the
registration deadline, not Saturday!"

That should be Friday, July 11th.

NOTE - Teams must register by Friday, July 11th at 1200Z - 24 hours before
contest time.  That gives me time to prepare the callsign list, send final
notices to the teams, deal with any errors, and lets WA7BNM prepare the
proper list.

NOTE - Score submission deadline is Sunday, July 13th at 1300Z - one hour
after the contest ends.  The score entry Web page will lock down at that
time.  Scores will be posted sometime later that day.
