I use BV software from DF3CB: http://www.df3cb.com/bv/index.html it works
great and prints right on the cards. I use an Epson Stylus 860 printer which
allows you to load a stack of cards and print away.
I think it was AD1C who pointed it out on this reflector within the past
year.
