The Pa QSO Party web page has finally been updated for the 2003 contest,
many thanks to webmaster Mike KB3EIA for all of his hard work. It can be
found at http://www.nittany-arc.org/paqso.html

No major changes to the rules. But the good news is that as of this year,
they WILL be accepting logs electronically at paqsolog@nittany-arc.org;
getting that implemented was the big hang up. And this year's Special Event
Bonus station will be the W3KWH, club station of the Steel City ARC.

Any questions, please contact that Pa QSO Party folks directly at
k3cm@arrl.net. (Please, please, please don't email me, I am not on the Pa
QSO Party board, nor am I a member of the Nittany ARC, just a big supporter
of the friendliest & arguably best QSO Party in the country, California Wine
and Florida grapeFruits not withstanding...)
