Filing for Bankruptcy is not going out of business; in fact,
it's purpose is precisely to let the business continue
operations while it resolves its financial issues.
We have lots of licensees of our commercial software who
are in bankruptcy filings and we still get our check,
and their techies still have jobs using our software,
and their companies still produce products.
