Hi Jim,

our cat travels with us in a plastic carrier that is approximately the
size of the '220, and it fits fine under the seat. However, most
airlines have this 18lb - 8kg limit for excess hand baggage. (A cat is
"excess hand baggage" :-) and they also charge extra for it :-(

This may limit you taking the amp in the cabin - check with your airline
if they allow the extra weight in the cabin or would you have to check
it in. Not 100% sure though if that 18lb limit applies to pets only.
Well, the '220 is kind of a pet, isn't it? Anyway, it is a heavy pet.
