Boy, I'll bet it would make the 160 meter contest a lot more exciting
from Oregon if they would let us work Europe on 160. 73

Actually, I liked it better in the 60s when the east coast could run 50
watts in the bottom of the band, the west coast used the top of the band,
and us zeros could work both portions with 100 watts. Or something like
that. A guy with an ARC-5 could actually do pretty well.
