Hi,

Couple of reminders regarding last weekend's NAQP CW contest and the upcoming NAQP SSB contest:

1) The log submission deadline has been changed from 30 days after the contest to 14 days after the contest. This means the NAQP CW logs must be submitted by January 25 and the NAQP SSB logs by February 1.

2) Although paper logs are still accepted for casual operations (less than 100 QSOs), we encourage anyone who logs on paper (even for a small number of Qs) to use either the Web-to-Cabrillo forms or Excel template for log submission (see rules for links). Clubs should make sure that their team members are aware of the revised log submission requirements.

3) Entrants should pay attention to the power category listed in the header portion of their Cabrillo-formatted log before submission. Logs submitted as HIGH power will be used as check logs. The LOW power limit is 100W and the QRP limit is 5W.

4) There is no robot to automatically reply to e-mailed log submissions for the NAQP contests. However, you will receive an acknowledgement of your submission, usually within 24 hours, that includes a brief summary of your log (call used, op call, power category, number of QSOs, team-membership, etc.).

Have fun!
