Of course, things that are clearly illegal such as heroin would never 
be accepted by any
legitimate medium.  CB amps are different, IMO, because there is a gray 
area on
what is or is not legal for amateur use.  Nobody questions heroin.

Actually, if I were the FCC, I would prefer to have ebay run ads for 
illegal
equipment.  What better way of getting the perps handed to me on a 
silver platter?
