Mr. Brown of WSJ is not interested in providing a clear picture of the
issues, that's for sure.

David Simmons, the ham in the article who own's the Radio store, is KB2ITN.
Guess what?  He sells BPL Service they are talking about in the article!!!
No wonder he thinks it'll be ok!
