[CQ-Contest] TS850 problem

In getting ready for ARRL CW, all was well 24 hours ago but today has been
filled with odd problems.

Right now my 850 does not seem to work on certain bands.  Between 14.5 Mhz
and around 8 Mhz, the frequency readout displays all dots.  It also sends me
CW "UL" every few seconds.  The other bands seem to work fine.

The radio had been on since Tuesday night with no problems.

Any words of wisdom much appreciated.
