Go for it!  That black, central Illinois gumbo soil would play quite well on 
HF.  No problem on space.  Nice cold beer from Chicago and St. Louis, good 
local food, and lots of contesters - check any Sweepstakes writeup.  What 
more could you want for WRTC?  Applications for organizing committees now 
being accepted...
