[CQ-Contest] NA Sprint

Due to an unavoidable conflict I will not be able to participate in NA Sprint. 
my favorite contest. The Thursday evening practice sessions have been a real 
hoot and my thanks to NCCC and all the participants who have made that weekly 
half-hour such fun.

After a breather, perhaps we can think about continuing it.  I'd like to see 
this topic discussed further.
