My thanks to K1TTT, NI1N and VE4XT who have patiently explained
why UA9S/T/W should be logged as zone 16.

I accept that's the way it is for CQWW and have updated my
software accordingly.

I understand that, for log-checking purposes, CQ discards RST
and Zone - in other words, no points are lost where there's a 
mismatch between logs.

Does that mean, for USA QSOs in particular, that we really don't
have to worry about the zone, but can just accept whatever the
software suggests - without penalty? (apart from the possibility
of not having a correct multiplier count at the time).
