[CQ-Contest] Full screen contest programs

Have had no luck to have a full screen using CTWIN on either a Dell desktop
(external monitor), no-name desktop (external monitor) or a Dell laptop
(internal monitor). One uses XP Pro and the other two uses WIN2K. I can get
the program to fill about 2/3-3/4 of screen utilization. 

Is this a common problem with other logging programs such as N1MM and
Writelog?
