I am intentionally keeping this test small since the xml specification is
very preliminary and likely to change very soon.  My little test app could
also post scores manually or read from other files in a very simple
format... but the idea right now is to show that its possible in real time
and maybe generate a bit of interest.  Eventually the capability should be
included directly into the various loggers or provided as a dll/ocx or other
external program or library that could be called by or snoop the data from
the various loggers in use out there.
