Hi,
We've just published an updated document type definition (DTD) for using
XML to report the realtime scores of contests and expect to progress
through several more versions before the spec starts to settle down.
Although anyone interested in this project is welcome to join, we're
particularly interested in obtaining more input from contest logging
software authors, both US and non-US.
The latest version of the DTD and information about the project can be

As a reminder, the purpose of the project is to develop an XML-based
specification for the communication of realtime contest results that can be
used to communicate between any contest logging software and any realtime
scoreboard.
