There *are* some folks who look for experienced and fast Op's. There
is no doubt of that. But there are also plenty of stations that will
take a newbie and allow them to get their feet wet. And until you do
get more experience, that will be a good place for you, Craig.
We all have to start somewhere. And there are plenty of groups who
take in newbies.
