The frequency cops aren't the real dxers. The Real DXers will keep  
quiet and listen, and in doing so, work the DX. (Or so it says in the  
"DX Power" book)

Which was my point exactly. The disgruntled DXers have no right to  
QRM someone in the window, but they do have every right to be unhappy.
