K8AJS has pointed out that my analysis is incorrect, but only for stations that 
had no phone QSOs.  Those stations, which can be
identified because their QSOtotal and QSOcw values are the same (and are 
correct); they just have a spurious value printed for
QSOph.  They were correctly ranked by total QSOs.

My program and its output have been corrected and the revised report has been 
sent so they can be updated on the WRTC2006 pages.

My apology for the extra time due to my careless validation.
