There are a number of European Countries and even in Asia (Isreal) that
allow operation on SSB up to 7200.  Perhaps as more stations operate above
7100 this will clear the frequencies from 7040 down of SSB.

Lets face it during a DX Contest its wall to wall SSB from probably 7020 to
7100.  The space is just too small for the number of stations.
