The World Radiosport Team Championship Sanctioning Committee (WRTC-SC) is
pleased to announce that in 2010 WRTC will be held in Russia for the first
time! The Soyuz Radiolyubitelei Rossii (SRR) is the primary sponsoring
organization. SRR President, Roman Thomas RZ3AA, is the host committee
chairman. The event will be held near Moscow and coincident with the IARU HF
Championship in July. The committee plans to publish qualification rules and
procedures as quickly as possible and a special WRTC-2010 Web site will soon
be available. The WRTC-SC would like to thank all of the Russian team for
the hard work preparing their proposal and for the planning that has already
