"Assistance" is undefined (or poorly defined at best). Therefore, it is
anything that your imagination makes you believe that it is.
Until a sponsor attempts to (1) ask for field-input in defining it, (2) define
it, (3) gather feedback on that definition, (4) refine the definition and (5)
release it...these sorts of discussions will continue ad infinitum.
