[CQ-Contest] fs digital wattmeters & 2m packet

I have two RF Applications P-3000-D digital watt/swr meters, these include
the high swr amp protection capability, sensor is separate from display.
These were in use for so2r setup and include a wx0b rack mount panel that
the displays are mounted in.  Get both plus the panel for $500 shipped.
Includes manuals.  Will consider breaking up if someone wants just the panel
first.
