I remember there was a web page with some regulations/rumors how to
get a license to operate in some Caribbean countries. I cannot find it
anymore.
Does anyone remember where is it?
The idea is to pick an easy-licensing country and go there for ARRL DX
or WPX. That way my XYL gonna be happy and i gonna work a thousand of
DX-es from US :)

And by the way - ability to get a short and nice local call like J3BB
is much better that loosing voice or braking the paddle with something
like VP2M/K2BB
