[CQ-Contest] BV7 QSL program

I downloaded and installed DF3CB's BV7 QSL program to work down that backlog of
contest QSL cards received.  I imported the Cabrillo formatted logs I sent to 
the
contest sponsors.  Everything looks ok EXCEPT that all of the 80m contacts
show up as 9cm band even though the Frequency column in BV7 shows 3500. The
other contest bands imported correctly
 
Any ideas?
