[CQ-Contest] Code not dead!

I've been trying to decode XM Radio's CW on some regular announcements. 
Really loose characters:  STTB or something like that and then a pileup
bit.  Wish they had done something interesting with that spot, but some of
the music bits match the rhythm.  And nothing at all about contesting!
