The NETmate KW-825 USB to RS232 Cable has worked well
for both CW and Rig control, with a DB9-splitter 
feeding both the Keying Circuit and the CT-17.

Tanner's here in Dallas had them for $9.95, and it
comes with a DB9-to-DB25 adapter.
