I use the AF out on the back of the Mark V. This ensures a constant level of
the audio output. Using the headphone output the level would vary.

I'm attempting to get setup to record my audio in a couple of upcoming
contests that I will be working SO2R. Do most people split the audio from
the headphones and go into the sound card, or is there a better way? Any
help would be appreciated.

  Thanks,
  Kevin/N5DX
